Getting Into OurSainsburys (The Main Employee Portal)

So MySainsburys has had a name change – it’s now called OurSainsburys. The login goes through Microsoft 365, which is why you might see a Microsoft-branded page pop up. That’s completely normal.

Here’s how to get in:

  1. Open whatever browser you normally use
  2. Type https://oursainsburys.co.uk into the address bar
  3. Hit enter and you’ll get redirected to a Microsoft login page
  4. Put in your work email – it’ll be something like [email protected]
  5. Click next
  6. Enter your network password (same one you use for work computers)
  7. If you’ve got multi-factor authentication set up, you’ll need to confirm it’s you
  8. Once you’re in, you’ll land on the colleague homepage where you can access payslips, check your shifts, and catch up on company news

Forgot your password? There’s a “Can’t access your account?” link right on the login page. Click that and just follow what it tells you to do.

When Things Go Wrong

Password gone from your brain? Hit that “Can’t access your account?” link and go through the reset process. It’s pretty straightforward.

One important thing: OurSainsburys is only for colleagues. If you’re a customer trying to do your shopping or check Nectar points, you need the regular Sainsbury’s website instead.

Logging Into Kronos for Your Shifts

Kronos is where all your time and attendance stuff lives – your rota, shift swaps, that sort of thing.

Getting in is pretty similar to OurSainsburys:

  1. Head to https://sainsburys.kronos.net/wfcstatic/applications/navigator/html5/dist/container/index.html?version=8.1.3.1546 (or just download the Kronos mobile app – it’s called UKG Pro now)
  2. If it asks you to pick a company, choose Sainsbury’s from the list
  3. Use your work email again, click next, then put in the same password you use for OurSainsburys
  4. Your rota and shift swap options should appear on your dashboard

The first time you log in, it might ask you to set up a security question. Just pick something you’ll actually remember the answer to.

Accessing Your Colleague Discounts (Love It Rewards)

The Love It platform is where you’ll find all your colleague discounts and e-vouchers. It’s separate from the main portal, so you need different login details.

Here’s the drill:

  1. Go to https://sainsburys.loveitrewards.co.uk
  2. Click the login button
  3. Your username is actually your employee number (not your email this time)
  4. Use the temporary password they sent you in your welcome email – you’ll need to change it the first time you log in
  5. Hit submit
  6. Now you can browse through gift cards, cinema tickets, and loads of partner offers

Locked out of Love It? Click the “Forgotten Password” link or send an email to [email protected] and they’ll help you reset it.

Customer Login (Just in Case You Need It)

This bit’s for shopping, not work stuff. But since people sometimes get confused:

  1. Go to sainsburys.co.uk
  2. Click on “Groceries”
  3. Hit “Sign In” in the top right corner (or just go straight to https://account.sainsburys.co.uk/gol/login if you want to save time)
  4. Enter the email that’s linked to your Nectar card

Can I link my Love It vouchers to my Nectar card? Nah, they’re separate things. You use Love It codes at checkout or when you’re shopping online, but they don’t connect directly to Nectar.
